They are no longer able to pay for the salary of the employees. As a result, they are no longer able to retain some employees.

As an employee, there is a big chance that you will be terminated since the company are not able to pay for your services. But that could be averted if you work harder and show your role in your company and even in the industry.

A stable and an assured job security do not mean you will be able to survive the challenges of the economy. Inflation will still affect your finances fast that you are no longer able to pay for certain services even with your present salary.

That is why it is important to spend your money on important things only. Recession will last not just in a few months but it could take more than a year.

For example, regular or free channels are more than enough as your daily entertainment and a mobile phone that can send/receive text messages or phone calls should be more than enough for you.
